Elisabeth Lette

PRINCIPAL DIRECTOR

Elisabeth Lette is the founder and Principal Director of EML Advisory. Elisabeth has  30 years experience as a practitioner, having commenced her career as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen. She draws on an expansive career which includes roles with multi-national private sector organisations,  consultancy, large State government departments and the for-purpose sector.  She has held roles with the Sydney 2000 Organising Committee for the Olympic Games, Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games Organising Committee, Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance, Omnicom Group, Amcor and ArcBlue (part of Bain & Company).

Elisabeth is a Board Director for the Queensland Social Enterprise Council and regularly volunteers her time to provide tender-ready mentoring and capability development for social enterprise, not-for-profit and Indigenous businesses.

Elisabeth is known for her collaborative approach, strength in building partnerships and tailoring solutions to achieve value for her stakeholders.

JUSTIN SARA - Fellow Founding Member probity.AU


Justin is an experienced procurement leader who has led the establishment and management of a range of high value and highly complex procurement projects, including as Procurement Lead for the Government of South Australia's Hydrogen Project at Whyalla in South Australia which is due for delivery in 2026. Justin has a strong interest in the role that procurement can play in improving economic participation for Aboriginal communities and has led the delivery of several projects aimed at increasing the inclusion of Aboriginal businesses as part of organisation’s procurement planning. Justin has also acted as a Bid Advisor to companies looking to secure Government contracts including Data#3, Sealink and Suez.

Justin is an experienced probity advisor/reviewer, providing probity advice to a range of public sector clients in SA, QLD, NT, NSW, WA and Victoria. Justin also has a strong interest in corporate governance and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA) and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).

JOHN PISANI - Fellow Founding Member probity.AU


John is a strategic sourcing and contract management specialist with over 15 years’ experience in complex ICT commercial environments. John has significant experience and success in leading large scale procurement activities, and a flair for innovative solutions, business acumen and contract management. John has significant experience in all parts of the ICT procurement lifecycle, specifically within the health and environment, emergency, justice and education sectors of the Victorian and Commonwealth Government.
